Can I make my own logo / brand product with a private label?

Absolutely! Our specializes in OEM and ODM services, allowing for full customization of your products. This includes not only the branding with your logo on the product and packaging but also the specific materials and design features of the motorcycle gear. We are here to ensure that your brand vision is realized in every detail.

What products can you offer?

Each item is expertly crafted to ensure safety, comfort, and style, designed to meet the specific demands and preferences of our clients. Can I get some samples?

Yes, we are pleased to offer you a sample, but you need to pay for the freight cost.

Can I get a sample with my own logo?

At RideGlove, while custom samples are more costly and time-consuming to produce, we do offer them. We typically recommend ordering quality samples first to assess the product standards. If a custom sample with your logo is needed, we can certainly accommodate this request; there will be a specific fee associated with creating such samples. The production of custom samples usually takes about 7-15 days. For more detailed information and to discuss your specific needs, please contact us directly.

How long can I get the sample?

2-3 days will finish the sample, and 5-12days will arrive at your address. Also, we can help you send it to your agent, from XIamen, China.

Is the sample free? How many pieces can I get?

No, we will charge a small free and we generally offer 1-2 pieces for each item. You just only pay the shipping cost by PayPal, T/T, or Alibaba.

What is the MOQ to be met for samples?

At RideGlove, the Minimum Order Quantity for samples primarily depends on the style and our current stock levels. Typically, we are able to provide sample orders with an MOQ as low as 1 or 2 pieces. This allows you to evaluate the quality and design of our custom motorcycle gear with minimal initial investment. For more details or specific requests, please reach out to us directly.

What is the shipping time for the finished product?

It depends on the mode of transportation, divided into sea, rail, and air. The general shipping time by sea is 40-45 days.

How long is the production lead time?

The production lead time at RideGlove varies depending on the type of product you order. For products from our TDGO brand that are ready-made, we can ship immediately as we maintain a large inventory to ensure availability. For custom-made products, the production lead time typically ranges from 30 to 60 days, depending on the complexity and specifics of the customization requested.

Can I purchase my own packaging and send it to your factory to packing the finished product for me?

Yes. But we need you to send us some samples to test for you before you place your order for packagings, such as size and quantity etc.

Can I purchase your products in bulk? How is the MOQ?

Yes, Our Brand TDGO product MOQ is 30 pieces. Read to ship.

What is your Production MOQ?

It depends on the production capacity and product type. We support low MOQ starting at 500 pieces

How is the payment？

50% Deposit for order confirmation, 50% balance payment within one day before delivery.
